Arif Kornweitz researches fluid functions and unintended consequences arising from rigid understandings of technological objects. He holds a MSc in Conflict Resolution & Governance and is currently a PhD student in artificial intelligence and media philosophy at the HfG Karlsruhe. His PhD project focuses on incompatibilities between AI ethical standards and humanitarian ethics. Kornweitz has taught courses in critical design at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie and HfG Karlsruhe, among others. He frequently works with sound and is the co-founder of Ja Ja Ja Nee Nee Nee, an online radio for the arts.
