Lada Hršak is an architect, researcher, educator, and founder of the cross-disciplinary and multi-vocal studio Bureau LADA (Landscape, Architecture, Design, Action). Following her training at the Faculty of Architecture at University of Zagreb, Hršak completed the postgraduate program at The Berlage Institute in Amsterdam. Coming from a family of scientists, she intuitively combines scientific knowledge with the fields of humanities and the arts. Her work explores the social capacities of the architectural discipline through direct community engagement, as well as performative and built interventions.
