Reine Rek is a speaker, coach and lecturer at The School of Life. She studied at the University of Humanistics and specialised in practical philosophy. All her work involves talking about (and listening to) questions of life. She combines her theoretical knowledge with body-oriented work, always with an eye for the paradoxical nature of being human.
