Arna Mačkić (BA/NL) is an architect and co-founder of Studio L A and the former head of Architectural Design at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy. Mačkić’s projects often deal with mechanisms of inclusion and exclusion, refugees, collective identity, and the public domain. She strives to use architecture as a connecting voice that can heal the wounds of the past without brushing away the scars.
