The DNK ensemble (NL) is a continuously changing company of multi-disciplinary performers brought together by DNK-Amsterdam. DNK ensemble's working method is based on a collective compositional process in which performative, musical, textual, visual, and historical material is infused into flexible temporal structures and a spatial and resounding dynamic. By ordering time and space, equating sound, object and action and letting go of the singular compositional ego, the material is interpreted through a new logic discovered through collaboration within the group.
