Between 2015 and 2016, Jan-Jaap Stegeman guided a process of change in the Oude Kerk's congregation, working on a way to become a 'City Church': a church that is open and responsive to what is happening in the surrounding city. He was committed to looking for new methods to pass on traditions in a lively way.
