Smári Runar Róbertsson (IS, 1992) received his bachelor's degree in 2015 from the Gerrit Rietveld Academy, in 2017 he graduated from the Sandberg Institute's Master's programme. Róbertsson is a versatile artist; he creates installations, written work and music. His work often involves a site-specific phenomenon or fundamental architectural features highlighted by audio, video, text or objects. Through his installations, he investigates time, identity and the hermeneutics of experience.
