The concert on July 6 took place in the High Choir. This part of the church was the sacred center of the mass during Catholic times, and completely empty after the Reformation: part of the church closed with a choir screen. In addition to the sonnet 'Yeux, qui guidez mon âme en l'amoureux voyage', 4 psalms by Sweelinck were heard during this concert. The singers were Cressida Sharp (soprano), Sophia Patsi (mezzo-soprano), Kaspar Kröner (alto), Joao de Moreira (tenor) and Matthew Baker (bass). The concert was heralded by one of the bells of the Oude Kerk, the f-tone: “Dawn rising from its rosy seat invigorates us: and in the evening, the welcome, recurring calm…”.
